SUMMER / 2021
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Developed in response to the pandemic, this living interior project reconsiders what people may need most from the home when outdoor activity and social interaction become limited. The project imagines a post-COVID apartment that supports both isolation and community.
The design expands the kitchen into the living area to create a more open space for gathering, cooking, and spending time together. By bringing natural elements into the interior, the flat offers a stronger sense of openness and connection to the outside, making the home more adaptable to prolonged periods indoors.
